I'm looking for feedbackoýÛ ÉiTÃA¯Feedback neededAVB100AVB100@Hotmail.com 24.20.131.3ëÛôADrogress...any feedback would be great.

Through the eyes of the visitor:

Through the eyes of the admin:

Only one page you can't use...and that's the config page
It's pretty basic right now, but functioning...I'll make it pretty later.
I've uploaded a screenshot here:
(Offline)

Note: The visitor log function is disabled because I took it out of the current code...basically, it would allow people to put a link in their aim profile mysite.com/index.php?user=%n style and track who visited the site.  I'm still debating with myself on what kind of records it should keep, and how it should display them.

Any suggestions at all are welcome.  Function, feel, features, taste in music, like it, don't like it, questions, whatever.

As of right now, it can run on any of the 3 servers I've tested it on without modification.

Edit: Links no longer active

OK, I'm ready to release my script to whoever wants it...just get in touch with me.  AIM is the best way, but I will also respond to PMs or responses to this post

I think it's ridiculously easy to install and configure (It takes me about 30 seconds to set up a new site) but I'd be interested to see what other people think

Blah blah, etc.  For questions, contact me

I would like to try it out. The system looks very interesting and useful..

This month I totally don't have any time to work on it because of school, but I will be free next month when the tests are over and it would be very interesting to work on a better interface for this plugin (I mean, a XHTML + CSS design) and on new features, and also possibly porting it to Wordpress and MovableType plugins. Just ideas  Cheesy

I will PM you.

The current version is designed for maximum compatibility.  All it needs right now is a server with PHP and write permission, then on the other end, HTML support.  I have used a bit of Javascript, but it only serves as a convenience (such as to remind you to enter a password) and all the pages will work without it.

I'm more of an analytical person than an artistic person, so my design is rather simple.  I'm not experienced in CSS and XHTML, but it is a logical next step.  I should learn to use some more advanced styles than my HTML and nested tables.  wink

I hadn't heard of Wordpress and MovableType, and after some investigation, I'm still not sure how they would benifit my plugin.

Anyways, I've sent my plugin.  I'd be happy to hear when/if you get it up and running, and to fix any problems you might encounter.
