I know there was a post already on whether or not evillyrics would ever be open source, but all I wanted to know was how the program knows what song musicmatch is playing. I wanted to make an aimutation plugin to show song currently playing... i know there are programs for winamp, but I hate winamp. Anyway, I could do it using the currentlyplaying file created by evillyrics, but i can't expect everyone to have evillyrics to use the plugin, even if it is the coolest program anyway.

If anyone knows the source just to get info from musicmatch, it would be greatly appreciated.
