I am using a computer with Windows XP pro.
When I try to run Evil Lyrics I get the error message:
System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770)

I tried to download and register the files MSCOMCTL.OCX and COMDLG32.OCX but it didn't make any difference.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can get the program to start?

i have no idea. you may try to reinstall VB runtimes from http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/install/6/Win98Me/EN-US/VBRun60.exe

also, if it doesn''t help try to delete files
mscomctl.ocx and mswinsck.ocx from you windows/system32 directory and install EvilLyrics again

Hi i get this error too on Win xp pro

ive installed VBS with the link above and deleted the 2 files and cant get evil lyrics to work

any other solutions ?

Hi guys i finally got this working on WINDOWS XP pro

Heres the solution !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. uninstall all versions of Evil lyrics
2. make sure mscomctl.ocx and mswinsck.ocx are in your windows/system32  directory
3. click start / run and in run command type :
regsvr32.exe mswinsck.ocx  
after a popup click ok
4. click start / run and in run command type :
regsvr32.exe mscomctl.ocx
after a popup click ok
5. Install the newest version of Evil lyrics and enjoy !!!
