Marek,

Firstly, thanks so much for great program!  I use it constantly and love it.

What I'm wondering is this: Where do you store the Lock/Unlock state of a TXT file?  When I "Lock" a file, presumably because I've edited it with changes I like, where do you store this state?

The TXT file's themselves look the same, and I can't seem to find any files (a DB, for instance) that are recently edited such that I believe they would store this persistent state.  I know you must store it somewhere, because when EvilLyrics comes back that file later it knows that it was locked.

My reason for asking this is that I use EvilLyrics predominately in two places: my work computer; my home computer.  I'd like to be able to "synch" my lyrics between the both of them.  Right now, I consider my home computer to be "authoritative" and if a file exists on both computers, I prefer the one on my home computer.  However, what I'd really like to prefer it on, is which ever one I've locked.  Does that make sense?

Thanks!

Hi Seether166, this info is stored in file's read-only flag ... if file is locked, it's read only attribute is set
