few idea :
- always on top
- user can choose if lyrics are save or not
- EDIT : [user can modify lyrics directly from evillyrics without use a text editor (can delete urls and/or comments for example ; but maybe it's possible with filters ?...)] - already possible.
- user can choose the saved text form ; from tag for exemple :
"TrackNumber - artist - album - track.txt" OR "filename.txt"
- user can choose the folder where lyrics are saved (and only one folder instead several folders like "A", "B",)

actually .. we only read song information from player (winamp, foobar, sonique) window title ... so we only guess which part on name means what ... quite often songs are not tagged and only filename is shown ... so we take winamp's window title .. strip it off word in
brackets ... numbers (supposing they are in most cases only track numbers not actual song or artist names) ... and search remaing words on Google ...
so that option is just impossible at this time ... maybe when we change the way EvilLyrics get song information from Winamp

Yes .. i plan to add more option how to save lyrics ... i.e. single directory, directories by first letter of artist name, directories by artist name (or at least by what we assume is artist name )

Adding to this suggestion...

I come from the great WinLyrics plugin for Winamp, which would save and read the lyrics from/to: ID3 tag, folder of file, custom folder.

So, now I have 1500+ songs divided in Artist-Name folders.

It would be great if EvilLyrics could at least read/write following the artist name. Or, better, save a custom name using the tags. E.g.: %artist%\%album%\%track% %song%.

Something like that. You know, common tags that other apps use.

About the ID3 plug-in (whose download link is broken): I found that the author lives in the same country I do, found his Twitter address, and have just tweeted him. Maybe he can provide us a copy!
