I'm trying to set u vr=C5/Evillyrics requires Administrator rights to runDirdoug@msn.com.au 138.217.0.19owever, if you install it as a standard user, the installation completes ok, but when you then try to start up the program you get

Unexpected error; quitting

And an OK button.

It's not a problem with the permissions on c:\program files\evillyrics - I've tried setting them as open as possible.  I've also tried installing the program while logged on as Administrator (in a clean directory), where it runs fine.  But then when you log on as a normal user, you can't run it.

I assume it's either a library call that requires administrator rights, or a registry setting.

At any rate, this program shouldn't require administrator rights to run unless it's doing something very low-level.  I assume it's an oversight.

Could this be fixed or a workaround provided?

Thanks,
Dir
