Someone ran into a lyrics site that hijacked IE, toolbars, and added a bunch of icons to his desktop. Some program called LOP is the culprit. How do we work around that?

Also: If he clicks on "home" it sends me to www.active-max.com, which is definitely not a link he selected. It also put My Way Speedbar toolbar up.

Another one he removed was called n-CASE. He removed it and now it is telling him that a third party application hase removed n-CASE and he should reinstall it. FYI: http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/nCase.html

Go here: http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/ and follow the instructions carefully and exactly.  Use Tools Internet Options to reset homepage.  Right click toolbars, and deselect the new bar that appears there.
