even though i canceled this option from the el options menu, it still comes up with winamp.

what should i do?

You can remove the plugin from the Winamp's Plugin Folder..  Probably at C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins

yes, this option, disable start with winamp, in v0.1.7 don't work  huh

in previous version of evillyrics work well

yep, this is confirmed, it will be fixed in the next build, probably coming this week ...
