Yes, that's true. But it is a bug from the microsoft's toolbar component. There is nothing that can be done to correct this, except by disabling toolbar customization, which I think is a very requested feature..

Take a look at this topic. Same error reported. (at least I think you are saying about the same error... there are screenshots there).
