when i hover over a button for the tooltip to see what the button does, it appears behind the window and most of the tooltip is blocked....fix it....

suggestion: you could have it in the statusbar at the bottom whenever you hover over a button..........

i figured out why the tooltips appear behind the window sometimes....

when the window is in "Always on Top" mode, the mode is too powerful for the tooltips and they appear behind the window!!
wooo hhoooo i know your program better than YOU do!!!!
