I've tried to close the program several times with Alt+f4 and clicking on the cross buttom, the windows dissapear but the application is in state not-responding for 1 o 2 minutes. This is normal?

i cant get it work with win 2003. when i try to open it, it gives an .ocx error (not mswinsock.ocx) (i dont remember what .ocx)
