I've been using Evil Lyrics for a while now and it's been (mostly) great! However, I just updated to Itunes 8 (the latest version) and now Evil Lyrics has ceased to work properly! It no longer searches any lyrics (it keeps saying "lyrics not found") and the option to "try next result" is permanently blacked out!

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'd hazard to guess that it has nothing to do with iTunes.  As far I can discern, the media player's (Winamp, Windows Media Player, iTunes, etc.) only job is to get the name of the song playing TO Evil Lyrics.*  Provided it does that, the problem wouldn't be with iTunes.  That being said, I'm using iTunes 8 and it doesn't work.  It does, however, notify Evil Lyrics of the song being played.  Evil Lyrics just can't seem to do anything useful with it.  I've observed the same behavior with Winamp.  There a number of threads open on the "Lyrics not found" issue here:

* I didn't write Evil Lyrics, Marek did, so he'd be the real person to confirm this.

UPDATE:

It's working again!

Found this in another thread:

problem should be fixed by now, just restart the player (or if it won't work, just update filters in Preferences/advanced)

Worked like a charm! Just "right-click" on the console to find the preferences tab! Thanks a million to Marek!
