When I try to install the new Version, I download it, and set it to work with Foobar2000 it starts the install, but the meter that measures how far along the install you are only barley starts to move.  After that it dosn't do anything.  There is no list of things that are installing or anything like that.

Any idea's?

open your task manager (ctrl+alt+esc) and check in processes if there isn't any evillyrics.exe process running .. if so, then try right clicking it and end it ... try the same with foobar ...

what evillyrics installer does before it writes anything to log (text area below the progress bar) it that it:
1. tries to close evillyrics
2. tries to close winamp (or anything else with window title "Winamp 1.x" - what can be also foobar with foo_winamp_spam)
3. tries to get winamp installation path from registry (for possible milkrop install)

i suppose either of first 2 is the case ... either forgotten evillyrics of foobar process in the background
