MY problem is happening with both version. The developers and the stable one.
When I start EL and I try to update the indexes, I receive a message "error while updating".
If I try to download the new filters I get a message message box with the following:
"Invalid procedure call or argument in EvilLyrics.frmMain.LoadFilters at line 150"

This messaeg pops up in the reporting tool. If I try to write a brief description of what happened and press the send button, then I just stays frozen and will not move, I have to go to task manager and forcefully get rid of it.

I tried downloading the DLL pack the site suggest, however this did not fix the issue.

Any help would be appreciateted.

to help me sort it out, would you please zip the files "filters.txt" and "settings.txt" from your EvilLyrics directory and send it to evillabs@zoznam.sk ?

to fix it  temporarily, you can do following: close evillyrics, downloading this file

http://www.evillabs.sk/evillyrics/filters2.txt

rename it to filters.txt and put it into your evillyrics directory and restart evillyrics ...

btw, aren't behind a router? what firewall you use?

Yes, I am behind a firewall.
I have it set to allow full access to Evil Lyrics, however this behavior didnt start happening until about 1 week ago. Until then it was fine.
I am using Zone Alarm.
