I would change an .KAR file using ello; but when i selected the file; the error 6 appears

The background on this problem is that I simply let it download the files as usual, but they were corrupted, and at one point in the lyrics, EvilLyrics just freaked out and started to bounce around in the file. It's sad because the lyric file worked great until then. I wonder why there are corrupted files like this uploaded, or if they get corrupted when downloaded...
