This is happening in the configuration of the Milkdrop plugin. You probably checked the "Milkdrop plugin" in the installation and:
- you don't have winamp installed OR
- you don't have the milkdrop plugin installed OR
- some of them are installed incorrectly OR
- you don't have write access to the folder where Winamp is installed..

you can just click on the Ignore button and skip the file.. it isn't any essential file of EvilLyrics..
