I went back to Build 127 and it works fine, Build 135 also crashes with the same error, that's originally why I updated to Build 137.

The full error says "Invalid procedure call or argument"

Anyone know what's going on?

I'm using Winamp 5.08e but that doesn't matter, it does the error by itself.
Have XP SP2 w/ East Asian Languages installed.
